BOYS Indiv: Pennsbury PA’s Connor Harriman edged WW-PN NJ sr Eddie Cunningham in the Championship division, with both clocking 16:11 and six under 16:20. Pingry NJ jr Liam Mullett was fastest of the day with his 16:00 to win the Varsity “F” race. PascacK Valley sr Ben Malone took the Varsity “C” in 16:12 and Middletown North jr Thomas O’Neill won Varsity “A” in 16:01.

BOYS Teams: La Salle College PA and Northport NY invaded the Garden State to go 1-2 in the Championship division with 117 and 121 points. Wallkill Valley NJ and West Windsor-Plainsboro South took the next two spots with 125 and 144. Hillsborough would have also been competitive there with its 70 point total to win Varsity “A.”

GIRLS Indiv.: The day’s best times were spread throughout different races for the girls, too. Mt. St. Mary’s soph Kerry Dyke was fastest at 18:42 to win Varsity “F” over Villa Walsh sr Megan Curham (19:00). Bridgewater-Raritan sr Marisa Ruskan claimed ‘A’ in 18:44, Mountain Lakes sr Colette Richter took “E” by almost a minute with an 18:57 and Charter DE sr Amanda Rickard won the Championship division in 18:57 over Ridgewood soph Catherine Pagano (19:16).

GIRLS Teams: Red Bank Catholic NJ claimed the Championship title with 63 points, 21 better than Shenendehowa NY. West WindSor-Plainsboro South was 3rd with 93. But other Varsity races also had many of the best teams, with “C” champion US#19 Voorhees (42 pts.) running the day’s best average (20:04) by more than 20 seconds.
